~ Cheese & Grapes ~

I've had the best time this year using fresh cut flowers from the gardens. In years past I've enjoyed their beauty outside, not thinking about cutting a few to bring inside. Due to lack of rain in our area our fresh flowers are almost spent for the season. I'll miss their beauty outside as well as inside.
An impromptu snack in the after noon is always fun along with healthy.
The two small pitchers as well as the white snack tray and coffee cup were gifts from my daughter, this is one of four.
The raised grapes on the coffee cup mimic the bunch of grapes on the tray.
Pink Phlox's from the garden.

The blue and white spoon from my collection not too matchy matchy is a nice compliment to the blue and white pitchers.

Love my vintage lace.

hugs ~ Lynne ~

This is so pretty, such an inviting snack-scape. Love the blue and white pitchers with the flowers, the colors are stunning. Beautiful cup and snack dish too, the grapes are so pretty on the cup. Your runner is stunning. I love it. Hugs, Marty

That is my kind of lunch....I often eat fruit and cheese together...but never as pretty as a set up as you have...
Maybe when things get normal again....huh, can anyone tell me what is normal????

Even though I'm a fan of all thing edible (especially anything that will go with wine!), the very first thing that caught my attention was that beautiful lace! Oh, my goodness, Lynne! How pretty! I also really like that spoon. It's perfect! Very pretty serving set and vases, too. Your daughter has good taste!

Throw in some almonds and that's my favorite snack! I have some pieces with that grape leaf design that were my mother's. Your "outdoor" flowers are such a beautiful color and look great with the blue and white.
