Yippee, it's Thursday, time for Tablescape Thursday and some beautiful tablescapes. Once again hosted by Susan over at http://betweennapsontheporch.blogspot.com/. Be sure to stop by for a full list of participants. You'll find some beautiful tables full of inspiration.

On a cloudy, dreary day what better thing to look at than some beautiful tulips. This week I chose these beautiful red tulips for the centerpiece. (Even though they look orange here, not sure what's up with that). Centered in a concrete urn dressed around the edges with some Spanish moss.

The salt and pepper shakers are the perfect match for the china. Topped with a tulip bud and adorned with flowers all around.

LOVE the ladybug details! And that butterfly china is gorgeous!
I got 4 of those Lace chargers from JCPenney & wanted more too so I put in a search on eBay & I got an email when some were listed...they were even cheaper than JCpenney's.
The urn and the chargers are gorgeous....love them! What a wonderful setting! Linda

Hi Sweet Lynne! Oh, how I love your table. I have those Butterfly Meadow dishes too! Found mine at Ross. Saw them at Macy's for many more pennies! I need some bowls! I love your urn with the tulips! Everything is wonderful and you've thought of every little detail. Dear Lynne, just one thing, uh, would you keep those bugs off my salad!?
Be a sweetie,
Shelia ;)
This is beautiful Lynne! I've been eying the Lenox plates too, but I don't have room. You'll just have to share pictures of your from time to time! The chargers are gorgeous! Penney's, huh? I'm on a mission now...
I love clicking on each picture and seeing all the details. Lovely, lovely.
Lynne... love your tablescape... I have the Lenox Butterfly Meadow "Cloud" china (purchased at Marshall's and TJ Maxx during the holidays)... they are ivory white "embossed" but they didn't have a small dessert plate so I purchased the ones you have in that plate... they look wonderful together... and I love the ladybugs!
and on another note... We had about 1000 ladybugs "winter" in my laundry room last winter... (it's attached to the kitchen) so when the weather got warm... well.. we had ladybugs everywhere inside the house... I wouldn't let Ricky "spray" for them... I just opened all the doors one sunny day and they made their way out to the garden! They're suppose to be good luck you know...
beautiful post as always. Dixie

Your comment is up now.
I have the comment moderation thing, so just got up and checked, and posted them.
I did 2 posts for the tablescape.
Did you see them both? Or does it only take you to one because i have only 1 tablescape logo? I put m,y name on the list twice.
Don't know what is ok or not being it is my first time.
re putting the logo on my sidebar. I have tried several times through various add a gadget, but have not gotten it right yet.
any tips on that??
Blessings on your day.
Barbara Jean
lynne,
oh, i guess i do need help.
my TT picture takes people to the list of how to do it, not the list of people who are doing it.
What now??

I think that the Spanish Moss in the urn is my favorite thing! ~Gorgeous!

Every inch of your tablescape is lovely, but it surely isn't helping my spring fever!!! :O) What's up w/ this weather anyway? We had thunderstorms move through last night, and possible snow for Sat. night! Spring can't get here soon enough for me! Those tulips are awesome!
It's magical to me when you sit down to a table and keep discovering all kinds of beautiful details. You've captured it with this one. Something about tulips just says happy times.

Oh how gorgeous. I just love the lady bugs and butterly's and all the accessory pieces are sooooo pretty. I just found a few pieces similar to your salt and pepper with the tulips on them and I just love them. The urn with the tulips is simply stunning. Such a pretty tablescape. Hugs, Marty
Hi Lynne, Your tablecscape is beautiful! The tulips are so pretty. I was at Wal-mart the other day and almost bought some, a few days later I went back and they were all dead and grown out. I don't think they bother to water them. I just know spring is on it's way. I was outside trimming some dead plants and low and behold I saw buds coming up. yeah! I love your dishes and the cute ladybugs too! Your tablescapes are always just gorgeous! Kristen
Lynne, always inspiring, always lovely, always festive. Beautiful job.hugs Kathysue

Hi Lynne,
Well my Dad had surgery yesterday at the MAYO CLINIC in Jacksonville, Florida.
He is now at home with my Mom and recovering. He's only 71 and was running marathons just a few short years ago.
He will be fine very soon.
I just can't picture him any other way right now you know.
Thank you for being so sweet.
I always appreciate your kindness and understanding.
On a positive note our TEN YEAR ANNIVERSARY IS TOOMORROW! YEAH! ;)
~Melissa :)
Lynne,
It sure looks like SPRING HAS SPRUNG on your table. It looks great!!!! And I love Ladybugs too.:)
I had to pass on creating a tablescape today, our youngest son is visiting and I'm spending lots of time with him, he doesn't get here as often as he once did.
I almost posted another sale that Boscov's is having, but I was afraid that everyone would think I went back to work for them.
It's too bad that we weren't born wealthy instead of good looking, ;) then we could afford all of those pretty dishes. LOL
Hugs

Hi Lynne, your tablescape is beautiful, so fresh and spring like, I just purchased the Lenox meadow carved teapot from Amazon it was down from 86$$ to 29$. (Love the butterflies and insects) everything you put together here is lovely. Kathy
Just beautiful! You gals are so talented. And I LOVE the ladybugs!
It's fun that you tell where you got the plates, etc. You shop at my favorite places!!
so many pretty things to look at, love all the details, ecspecially the birds
hugs
janet
Oh what a darling tablescape Lynne! I love the centerpiece and the salt and pepper shakers! And the ladybugs are just too cute! And you KNOW I love that little birdie!! Me wanty! :-)
Love ya! L~
I really like how you incorporated the birds and bugs into this table setting. My favorite is the little bird on the gazing ball though everything looks so inviting.
The tulips show up red on my computer and the napkins are a very dark shade of green that is apparent when the picture is enlarged. They would also probably go well if you used them in a setting with some darker shades of blue. There is probably more blue in the dye used in the napkins than yellow, for the color to be so deep a shade of green.
DH decided I needed a new camera also. Hope if you really want one, it is forthcoming.
Your tablescape is really lovely and the little ladybugs a cute element ...
Hello Glenda my friend, how nice of you to swing in for a visit. It must be the pixels on this computer, the other one is worse.. ummm guess that means another phone call to dell. I know what you mean about the camera, but if dreams were wishes and wishes came true than I would have a camera..so that's a thing that will have to wait for another day.. hugs ~lynne~
I always heard growing up, "If wishes were horses, beggars would ride". There is more than a little truth in that old axiom.
Lynne, this tablescape is so delightful! I love the urn with the tulips. Those charges are so wonderful, and those plates with the lady bugs and flowers are soooo pretty. I love all of it. laurie
What a pretty springy tablescape...right down to the little ladybugs!
I love your napkin rings! I always admire the Butterfly Meadow plates whe I see them at TJMaxx...but there is usually only one or two...maybe I just need to start one at a time!
Have a fabulous weekend!
;-D
This is so sweet! Love everything from the ladybug to the green plate!
I love your table and your birds :) I wanna be a guest!
Lynne! This tablescape is truly beathtaking...every little detail is perfect! I love all of the china patterns mixed together...you really have a terrific eye for mixing things. The elegant white plates with the beautiful butterfly meadow plates, topped off with the green...LOVE! And of course, you know I also love the flatware...I agree, you were so smart to get three sets! And birdies, ladybugs, candles, and the crowning glory, the red tulips...you outdid yourself, just wonderful! :-)
