On the North Side of Things

Hello everyone! I hope it's a little cooler where you are. With all the rain we've had the humidity has taken over and our temperatures are going to be hot, hot, hot!

Today, I thought I would share some of the white beauty on the north side of the house. All the rain we've had this year has only enhanced the beauty of the Astilbe.
With the metal garden angel watching over the plants, how could they not be gorgeous?
Look close and you'll spot the birdhouse hidden deep with in the blooms.
Breath taking.....
Astilbes are herbaceous perennials that have feathery plumes and attractive foliage that are long lasting and abundant. They are easy to grow and great for the perennial garden, in bed plantings or even as additional color for containers. Astilbes come in white, light pink, dark pink, fuchsia, burgundy, maroon and lavender.

The stone rabbit also resides amongst the Astilbes . I think he would be a great friend to the one you'll find over at the Stone Rabbit. What do you think Dana?

Thanks for swinging by to see the beauty of the white Astilbe. I hope all of you have a wonderful day.
