~ Best Ever Rich Peanut Butter Cookies ~

Hi everyone, On Sunday I shared a post of a purchase that's just not fun to buy, however, most of us have them, use, need them. If you missed that post you can review it HERE.

After all the baking on Sunday there's just a tad bit left to put onto the cookie sheets to be baked.
Small 1" balls all in a row.
I use Butter Flavor Crisco to coat my cookie sheets, you can certainly use the coating of your choice.
A wee bit of flower to dip the fork in to flatten our cookies.

All baked up. Yummmmmmyyyyy!
There's nothing better than dipping cookies in than a cold cup of milk.

Best Ever Rich Peanut Butter Cookies

1/4 cup shortening
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup soft butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar (packed)
2 eggs
1 1/2 cup flour
3/4 teaspoon soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Cream shortening, butter, peanut butter, & sugars together. Beat in eggs. Combine flour, soda, baking powder and salt. Mix well. Chill.

Flour hands, shape dough into 1" balls. Place on greased cookie sheet and flatten with floured fork.
Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes.

I usually double the recipe, these cookies are so delicious they don't stick around for long. I hope you enjoy them, please let me know if you bake them and your opinion.
Thanks for stopping by to say hello. Your sweet comments always touch our hearts. It is because of you I do what I do. Until next time..
