A Daisy of A Tablescape

Welcome to Tablescape Thursday, hosted each week by Susan from Betweennapsontheporch. Scoot on over for a bevy of inspiration. Thank you Susan for graciously hosting this fun filled party each week.

It's been quite a while since I've participated in this event. Life is so full around here I really haven't had an opportunity to play with my dishes. I thought I would show you one I did last year. Using a pitcher from Michael's as the centerpiece I filled it with daisies and flags, adding a touch of ribbon as another filler.

Blue and white have always been one of my favorite things to use at the table. Trying to find the right shade of red was a challenge. I finally found these red bowls at TJMAXX a while back.

These plates were purchased through the local grocery store many years ago. I love blue and white, there's something about the crisp, cool feeling it throws off.

The carriage red walls and cream colored hutch make a nice back drop for this Americana table.

I love the way the candle glows through the ribbon.

These pictures were taken with my "former" camera. Wow!!! I sure hope my current pictures show a remarkable change..lol Thank you for swinging by today. Don't forget to swing by Susan's for a full list of those participating.. I'll see you there.
