~~~Outdoor Wednesday and A Few Cat Tails~~~
Can you believe it's Wednesday already? This week has certainly flown by. It's time once again for Outdoor Wednesday. Hosted by our Susan from A Southern Day Dreamer. Be sure to click here for a full list of participants.
A while back I posted the trumpet vines down by the barn. If you remember those were orange in color. I said then I would post the yellow ones for you. I didn't think they were ever going to bloom. I have these planted on the north end of the yard, so I can look out the kitchen window and see them daily.
You have to love the trumpet shape.
A little worse for wear. Such a beautiful color.
Directly behind the trumpet vine lies a small pond. I wanted to share the cattails that are taking over. I would have gotten a few more shots, however; I kept hearing things jump into the water. I could tell those were frogs, but I what I didn't know; if there were snakes lurking about. :-( I'm a bit afraid when it comes to snakes, so I shot these pictures and scurried back to the house.. lol
Thanks for swinging in to take a look and say hello. We always enjoy your company. Don't forget to swing by Susan's for a full list of those participating. You can once again click here for a list of those beautiful outdoor spaces. hugs ~lynne~
