Simple, Classic, Timeless
Last year I went over the top with Christmas around our home. Folks it was crazy full. This year I opted for a more classic and timeless look. Sometimes the understated makes over of an impact, it gives your eyes time to rest on each piece, take it in and enjoy it's beauty.

A few berries, a bit of greenery and a couple of extra bulbs in the dish of your choice, Voila! you have a classy look for your holiday decorating.

Lynne I like the direction you are going. Simple and elegant!!! Love the chocolate Santa but now I am craving chocolate, that is not a good thing for me. I do love my chocolate,
Merry Christmas,
Kathysue
PS I just put out the star light I bought from you!! I still love it!!
Beautiful, classy, elegant....I love it! Love the "chocolate" Santa!!!!!!
Lynne, love it! You hit the nail on the head - let the eye rest!!!!
This is so true sometime we tend to go overboard & one cannot take it all in - and you miss the jewels.
Love the Santa - come on tell us the truth is he chocolate? You've got me fooled & I'm the girl that use to have a chocolate/candy store.
Have a great Christmas. :)
Gorgeous vignette....Is that Santa really chocolate, because it sure looks edible.
Your tray vignette is just stunning. Love your glass bowl and ornaments and the chocolate santa is fabulous. So pretty. Hugs, Marty

What a pretty vignette - really like the chocolate Santa. I also scaled back a lot this year for several reasons. I am liking the less is more direction.
Hi lovely lady I love your Vignette tray and your Chocolate Santa !!!! just Beautiful !!
Hi Lynne,
Very pretty and very classy!
It was so good to hear from you too!
Hugs friend,
Cindy
I'm taking the "less is more" approach this year also. Not necessarily by design though. I just haven't had time to do much. Hope to finish it up tomorrow. All of your decorations look great.
Hi Lynne, it is all so lovely and gracious....so inviting.
I adore that silver tray. Stunning.
Hope you are having a wonderful holiday season.
Hugs, Barb
yes, the chocolate Santa is another delightful layer, in what is a growing decorating plan...and i can surely sense the joy you are having...
that is wonderful for you, i am pleased your season is joyous )
I'm with you Lynne, sometimes simple really is more. This is such a pretty vignette, and of course any decor that uses books is fine with me :) Ok, spill it - is Santa really chocolate? What an amazing figurine, but now I'm craving chocolate! Hope you are having a wonderful Christmas season. Hugs, Kat
Love it, Lynne! You are always so good in creating vignettes!...christine
Love it Lynne! Simply love it all!
Oh Lynne, how I wish I could do this. I go so overboard on Christmas decor. Yours looks so elegant, and mine ends up looking like a department store. Sigh. Maybe next year I can get elegant! laurie
