~ Domesticated Pink Beauty ~

Located on the edge of the hay field this pesky
weed puts off a beautiful flower.

For kicks and grins I read up on this pesky
little devil. If you'd like to learn more
you can go HERE. Like many of you
we spray to keep them from over
taking the yard and field, they're sure
invasive little creatures.

Some of the prettiest flowers are provided by nature along the highways or roads.

I've heard it said that a weed is just a plant growing somewhere you don't want it to grow... I feel that way about dandelions so I'm trying to adjust my attitude! lol

Thanks for visiting me & leaving such a sweet comment. I'm a new follower :)

I just let all my weeds live now that we live here on the ranchita
1 If it weren't for them our soil would probably wash away! I just put wet newspaper down where I don't want them to grow.

I have never seen this type of "weed".
I have always been of the school of thought that just like physical items of an unwanted nature sometimes it can be "another man's treasure".
