~ Before They Fade Away ~

I've been getting a few emails and questions about leaving comments, some say they are having trouble leaving comments, or if they hit the comment box they are directed to download something else. I'm wondering if any of you are having the same problems. I know when I go to a few of your blogs it takes forever for the comment box to connect. If any of you are having problems and know of a way to fix it I'd sure appreciate the help.

A few years back I planted the trumpet vine as much for beauty as for a private barrier. It's grown over the years, taken over this area completely. I thought I would share a few shots before it's beauty fads for the year.

Murphy always by my side. :-))

Until next time.....

Your trumpet vine is beautiful. Do you have to cut it back each fall or just leave it for next year?

I planted a yellow trumpet vine on an arbor in my yard along with a pink climbing rose. I thought the two colors would be so pretty:) I didn't realize that I would have to trim the vine every week.lol And they bloom at different times. Live an learn:)

Pretty blooms!
When I click on comments, a box pops up - "You have chosen to open mplayer1193.exe", etc. etc. with the option to save file or cancel. Other times it will automatically open a new window to a game site, which I have to delete.

Hello Lynne, first of all, the shots of your trumpet vine are beautiful, nice that you are seeing such colours in the Autumn.
As for problems with your blog, me too!! No one can join my blog and I didn't realise until very recently, I'm working on it!
Have a lovely w/end.

I love trumpet vines. I don't have any, but they have them at my church. I took a peak at the post below also. The soup tureen is so beautiful as well as the mercury pumpkin. i can see why they are hot -- lovely staging area. Joni

Lovely trumpet vine and good photography! I was having trouble leaving comments and found that when I am signed in to Blogger and check off the "stay signed in" box, that I cannot leave comments. It will direct me to sign in again and I have to sign in and uncheck that "stay signed in box" and then I can comment. It's a lot of trouble sometimes, however if I do that, I can usually leave the comments with no problem. Hope that helps.

The flowers on the vine are beautiful and I love how Murphy stays by your side. I always have my "helpers" in the garden.

I had a terrible time leaving comments until I unchecked the stay signed in box. I then have to long in just once when I first go to work on my blog.

I also just posted a rant about the new Google format changes and the Dynamic Views!

ps. thought I was already following you... signed in again.

I just loved the photos of your trumpet vine. I always thought they were only orange. Your bush is beautiful. And your little companion is so sweet. Happy Fall.

I should definitely buy one of those to plant in the area near my little shed. Not sure how invasive it though. I planted morning glories once and had to pay a lot of money to have it removed from then neighbors trees.. :(

No trouble here leaving comments...none at all. I do remember getting a very large pop up screen some time ago..but only the one time that I can recall.
