Table in Red

As the day starts to fade the reds take on a different hue.
Mercury candlesticks glimmer with touches of magic.
A cabin in the woods reminds us of more simple times.

Shades of plaid stacked for a holiday evening of fun.

I don't recall where I got the plaid napkins, have had them for many years.

I caved the other day at Walmart and purchased 4 of these darling dessert plates. I believe they had 3 different sayings, I chose to stick with all 4 saying Peace.

Plaid dinner plates are from J.C. Penney's a couple of years ago.

White beaded plate and chargers also are from J. C. Penney's a couple years back.

Poinsettia stemware is from Walmart last year.

As shadows start to fall.....

I love the reflection of the candle.

I'm off to see the rest of the beautiful tablescapes. Until next time....

Your table is so beautiful Lynne. I love the plaids!

Did you take those pictures this morning. We haven't had sun today. I had a time taking pictures of my Winter Greetings table. I guess I should have dug out the tripod.

What lovely placesettings -- the layering is delightful, and I love the plaid-rimmed plates as well as those from Walmart. Wish I'd seen those before they were gone!

Oh, so pretty!!! I love the tartan with the lacy-looking dishes. It softens it without compromising the overall look. Very pretty and festive!
