Soft pink petals of the For-Get-Me-Nots
The Autumn Joy Sedum becomes more vibrant
with each day that passes.
The Knock Out Rose Bush shows
off her beauty.
Didn't know this guy was here until
after I took the pictures. He looks a bit
annoyed, like I had disturbed his fun.
The fly didn't budge while I was snapping pictures.
I was really going for a close up shot of
pink thorns and the waxy beauty of the leaves.
As the sun shines on the barberry bush
we get a pink cast in some areas, in others
the deep intense red.
The Jackmania Clematis is putting
on more blooms each day, some the
lighter shade of violet, others are deep
purple.
Thank you for swinging in to say hello. I hope
your Weekend is filled with beauty and
grace.

Beautiful images. My roses are actually so pretty today with the cooler temperatures. It has been such a hot Summer in NC that they really struggled. Hope you have a wonderful weekend ~
Great pictures! I didn't realize that the clematis would still be blooming there. Around here, they have been gone for a month. Sally
Looks like your friend the fly wanted all eyes on him! Beautiful photos. HPS!

Pretty flowers. Love that little praying mantis in the roses! It does look annoyed!

I love the Rose of Sharon pictures. It's taken ALL summer for mine to start blooming. I'm hoping for a long fall so I can enjoy them for awhile. :)
Great clematis pictures too!
Have a great weekend!

I really love you Fall blog header, Lynne. Beautiful photos to enjoy while we still can.
Happy Pink Saturday..xo Tami
Enjoyed looking at all your pink flowers - really really loved the 3rd one, could easily see that on a greeting card.
HPS, Lynne. Your yard is so full of beauty!!! Even that Preying Mantis is beautiful/handsome? :) They sure look like they're giving the "evil eye", don't they?
Just watered my pots of plants in front and back. I've neglected them in these cooler days....and they were telling me that by shriveling up! :) Hopefully, they're revived for a bit longer.
Hope you have a great weekend!!

Really lovely photos. The sedum is unbelievable. I have some new yellow knock out roses. I sure hope they survive the winter. Have a great weekend!

The praying mantis seems happy in your garden.
Enjoy your weekend!

You still have a good bit still blooming - thanks for sharing with us. Only thing I have left is some wax begonias that are on their last leg.
Enjoy your weekend.

All our plants and flowers look pitiful from our extreme drought. I love looking at your beautiful flowers..... it almost looks like springtime!
The Knock Out Roses are wonderful.... I have 2, and they're blooming, bless their little hearts.

Your pink forgetmenots are so pretty. Not much pink in my yard right now. Mostly the golds and oranges colors are beginning to bloom.
Ummmmaa...that fly looked pretty big to me, Lynne and it looked like the kind that might like to bite??? Flies make me crazy...
