Christmas in the Kitchen

Once the construction began I stopped putting out any Christmas. There were too many other things going on to go over the top. Decorating the cream colored hutch in the breakfast area is always a favorite of mine. Since it's a ways from all of the boards coming and going it was safe to add some Christmas finery to it's already cute self.
The centerpiece for the
kitchen table was easy to put together. The greenery and red berries were purchased last year on clearance. This girl "loves" a sale and can't resist adding more greenery to my stash. The over sized pine cone was purchased many years ago from Hobby Lobby.

My favorite $5.00 antique chair is adorned with the throw and pillow purchased last year from TJ Maxx.

You know I love tea towels, when I saw these plaid towels at one of my favorite stores I couldn't resist them, only wish I had gotten a couple more . I can see them used in a tablescape. I even made a trip back to see if they still had them, no such luck. Lesson to self, next time get 4.

My cutesy snow people have been around for a very long time as well as the small table and chairs. It's the perfect size for this cute couple. Raggedy Ann and Andy along with the snowman tea set fits the table nicely.

Every gal needs her perfect purse while dining with friends doesn't she?

Do you have your jingle on? Are you ready for the holidays?

Thanks for stopping in and sharing your thoughts. I hope you have a super weekend.
Fondly ~ Lynne ~
