Fall Touches In The Kitchen

With the rush of trying to get the shop ready for the Open House, (if you missed all of that you can catch up HERE, HERE and HERE), it dawned on me Thanksgiving is less than a week away. I thought I should share the small touches in the kitchen before I break it down and begin putting up the Christmas decor.
The cream colored
hutch is one of my favorite pieces in the kitchen. It has so much versatility when it comes to decorating for the holidays or with everyday decor.

I carried the platter in the shop a few years ago. Normally, I don't snatch up something before I reveal it to the public, this beauty I couldn't pass up. He's sat in various areas in the kitchen over the years.

The metal leaf plate was purchased from the Dollar Store "many" years ago. I put a layer of Spanish then nestled the wooden acorns. The acorns have been collected over the years.

A little bit country a little side of traditional thrown in with the silver candle sticks. A runner made out of Equestrian fabric with tassels finish off the look. This look changed many times after taking pictures, next will be Christmas decor. I typically wait until Thanksgiving evening to begin, have you started or do you wait?
