Christmas Open House Part 3, The Grand Finale

You folks sure know how to make a girls heart sing. Thanks so much for all of your kind comments about the Open House. I've enjoyed reading the comments on the blog and via email. A few years ago the only way to get the word out about the shop was through the standard form of advertising, now due to social media we can reach thousands if not more. Thank goodness for modern technology huh? Now onto some fun pictures.
The glass snowmen ornaments were a "huge" hit this year. I displayed them on the tree as well as the platter here with a few sprigs of red, mercury glass acorn ornaments and in another part of the shop in a different manner you'll see in just a bit. Don't they put a smile on your face?
 The last few
years I've carried candy canes in the shop in one form or another. The sweater covered candy canes seem to fit the unusual cold snap we're experiencing this time of the year.
The cotton pod stems were a little late getting into the shop but in they came. They were a nice addition to all of the red and white.
The primitive side of the shop went over well this year, in fact almost everything here has sold. It looks a little empty as far as Christmas decor goes.
Pillows, pillows and more pillows. Loved the  warmth they gave the shop.
I was busy at the machine most of the fall. I made like a GA-zillion napkins. They were a huge hit and great addition to the holiday decor.
Twiggy, viney acorned filled trees with a touch of ice,
I added Christmas stockings this year in all shapes and fabric choices, the hit of the season were the ones for our pets. The front had a pocket you could slip your dogs picture into.

 A few more napkins.
Remember seeing the snowmen ornaments on the platter? I displayed them here in a glass urn filled with glass garland. The snowmen appeared to be sitting on ice.
I added jewelry to the shop last year, this year it sold very well. Here you can see the checkered side of the napkin. I had the best time picking and choosing fabric. I'm glad so many enjoyed the product.

Well, folks that concludes the Christmas Open House Tour of 2014. I hope you didn't get bored or burnt out with all of the pictures. For more viewing you can see those daily on Face Book on our shop page. Like our page to follow along as I share new products that hit the shop on a weekly basis. Occasionally you'll see pictures of Miss Scooter and all of her antics.

I would like to extend a special thanks to my best friend Kim who helps each year. The fun times and antics we share are one for the books. Each year an "oops" occurs and laughter fills the air. I'm so fortunate to have had her for a friend for almost 40 years. Her support and friendship means the world. And a huge Thank  You to all of you who stop by and lend your support through your comments.
Fondly ~ Lynne ~

I love your shop and I'll take one of everything, please!:) The snowman holding the cardinal is adorable! And I would like to have quite a few of the cotton pod stems, thank-you very much. I don't remember ever seeing them in our area. They are lovely.
Sorry, it took me so long to get this post written.
Have a wonderful Thanksgiving, Lynne.
