I'm stuck in love with shutters, oh the stories they might tell. Opening them for late afternoon viewing only adds to their beauty. They make such a delicious back drop.
Late afternoons
call for a hot cup of coffee and a snack, a pick me up of sorts. Napkins tied with twine touch the vintage side of my heart.Keeping it simple.
Not a fancy snack, but oh so yummy.
You never know what you might find behind an open shutter.

Peeking through your shutters was so fun! I love the china and the pretty napkins. You snack is very tempting and now I must look for some pretty shutters, too!

Lynee,
I, too, have been keeping a more simplistic style this Spring!!! Your shutters are splendid, dear friend! LOVE the sweet little peeks beyond the slats!
The dinnerware, stacked cups, saucers and the Springtime freshness of the yellow and blue napkin filled me with tranquility on this sunshine filled Spring day!!!
Fondly,
Pat
Beautiful photos and I love the napkin.
Thank you for letting me peek behind your shutters! It is so warm & welcoming.....love your idea of stopping and having coffee in the afternoon! I don't think we do that enough.
Blessings My Friend,
Ohhhhh Lynne, want shutters to peek through. Yours are wonderful.
Ours are those plastic verticals and I hate them to pieces. Maybe next year. I HOPE so.
Everything looks so cozy..SO cozy!
