~ Blooming Tulips ~

Happy Thursday everyone, we have sun glorious sun, it's an incredible site to see, hardly any wind at all, the birds are singing the frogs are chirping, do frogs chirp? Anyhoo, lots of outdoor critters are making their critter sounds making the day even better. I can't say enough of about today. On the East side of the house I have a few tulips planted and they have really started to pop the last couple of days.
 I just
had to share their beauty. The inside looks like the finest cut of satin, so shiny and slick. Can you imagine having a long dress made out of this deep rich color?

Now, remember I like to keep things real around here. Yes you're seeing those pesky yellow dandelions poking their heads in and around all this beauty. In the background you can see the Autumn Sedum coming to life.
The bits of green to the right are Black-Eyed Susan's.
Iris in the background still not quite awake from their long winter nap.

I hope your day is as fabulous as ours.
Fondly ~ Lynne ~

Oh so pretty! I tell myself every year, I'll plant some kind of bulb flower. I still never ave! This might be the inspiration I need! :) The other day it was already in in the 90's here!I think tulips would be up in March in my yard. I love blogging because it reminds me tat we all ave different climates, etc. :)
