~ A Vintage Watering Can Say Christmas Right? ~

Heavy fogs this a.m. didn't detour me from my mission. Bright and early the dogs and I took a walk along the fence row to cut some fresh greens from the cypress trees. All gloved up and arms covered so as not to have it touch my skin (a tad bit allergic) back to the house we came.
I wanted to change things up at the back entry this year. In years past
I've put the snowmen on the table and few other pieces of decor. I've enjoyed nature's beauty in the urns around the shop so felt the theme should be carried to our main entrance the back door.
A vintage watering can is the perfect piece to hold the fresh cut greens and long stems. Mr. Rooster the weather vane approves, even though he tries to play shy and hide his face.

Trying to hide all the necessary electrical boxes is not an easy thing to do. Did they not know when they put them on the house so many years ago I would want to take pictures and post them on a blog? Hmmmm I doubt blogs were the thing then like they are now. lol

A jingle bell pick I sell in the shop for some much needed color, makes me smile.
