Do you love Blue and White as much as I do? I can't get enough of it. The rich patina of Silver is a great base for this tabletop vignette, I think it plays well off the deep chocolate velvet topped ottoaman. I purchased the tray last fall off EBay for a song, $29.00, quite large it works well on the ottoman coffee table. I have other plans for it during the up coming Christmas season. :-)) (stay tuned)
Sunday I did a bit of cleaning and some tweaking. I added a few things to the silver tray vignette. 
With our cooler temperatures I'm enjoying having the windows open and the cool breezes blow in. Have you started your fall decorating yet? With the cooler temperatures I'm finding it harder and harder each day to hold out. I would love to get some fall decorating done but no time so far. I just got done making elderberry and plum jam and have lots of zucchini to put up still before the fun decorating part can get checked off the list!

LOVE all your blue and white! And the DOG figurine is awesome....so cute! I'm still waiting for cooler weather here in Houston, TX. I would love to get out my pumpkins, fall stuff, etc. but it's just too dang hot and feels silly! Happy Fall Ya'll!!!

I'm a blue/white person so I immediately was drawn to your pic over from ASTL blog. Like you, I try to put off fall decorating although the change is calling to me like a siren. I'm having shoulder surgery in a few weeks, so I'm pulling my fall decor out today because I won't feel like doing anything while I recuperate.

I have a tray very similar, I got it from a local thrift shop for $1.00...but it was in rough shape. I spray-painted it black. Yours is beautiful, and that was a great deal!
I held out on fall decorating until this past weekend. Couldn't wait to usher in my favorite season! :) Although it does not feel like fall here yet! LOL!
