What a Difference a Day Makes!

Snow continued around here through late evening on Monday. The trees became heavy laden with snow.

Combine parked for the winter became blanketed by snow.

Morning hours promise to be brighter.

Sunshine, what a wonderful sight after the last couple of days of snow and gloomy skies.
As I finish this post we have 5 above zero with a windchill of -11. Temperatures are predicted to drop even more with a windchill of -20 in the morning. I hope all of you are staying in and staying warm, if you have to get out, please be careful. Until next time...

Your pictures are beautiful Lynne. The way the sun dapples through the trees is just lovely. We haven't received any snow (thank goodness!), just cold rain. And it's cold here, but not nearly as cold as you - yikes! Say warm and stay inside if you can. Hugs, Kat

Beautiful snow photos, Lynne.

We have 10 degrees this morning and it is flurrying. Jim says we have 4 inches on the ground, but it is hard to measure because there was a lot of blowing, yesterday.

Oh, Lynne I loved looking at the beautiful snow pictures. Here in MS we got an icy mixture. Just enough to shut us South people down for two days. Some in North MS are still hibernating. Hope all is well and you are not having to get out in it!

So beautiful and so cold!!! Yikes I thought it was cold here. We got some snow yesterday but thankfully it all was rained off by this afternoon. But nice to be inside safe and warm with a nice hot cuppa something. Vanna

Lynne-Your pictures are beautiful--all that beautiful untouched snow! I have new respect for people who have to cope with these temps all winter. God knew what He was doing when he put me in the South :) Take care and stay warm!

BBBRRRR! Lynne- I will try and not complain about our 6 degree weather. We actually got past freezing today which melted some of the snow off the roads!

The pictures are lovely though!

Staying warm here in Kansas. It's cold, but not as cold as you have had.

When it gets below 0, that's way cold.

God bless,
