The Grand Finale

Each year as I bring out the ornaments for the tree, memories are stirred. I recall purchasing the first Hallmark ornament almost 32 years ago for Mr. P. Each year I've purchased one to give him related to the business we were in. This year was no different, although I don't believe he got as much enjoyment out of it as in years past. This past year has brought many changes aroumd our home, I pray the New Year is more kind and gracious.
I struggled taking many pictures trying to get a "good" one of the full tree, I finally settled on the one you're viewing. Do you ever have days like that? Any-hoo, I'll hush so you can view the pictures.

So, there you have it folks. The tree is dressed and waiting for packages and Santa. From all of us here we want to wish each and eveyone of you a Very Merry Christmas!
hugs ~lynne~

PS...you were asking about the deer on my buffet. I bought them during Dillard's after Christmas sale online...last year! Never got to use them until this Christmas. I haven't checked to see if they may be carrying them again this year. They really are pretty...I hope you can find them! Thank you for all the sweet compliments on my Christmas buffet, Darlin'!!!

Your Christmas tree is SPECTACULAR..... oh so beautiful!

Christmas this year, for me, is melancholy.....I love Christmas and I love decorating, but our life is changing.

You're in my thoughts and prayers..... hoping your Christmas is everything you want it to be!

Just popped over to see your Christmas post.

Been so busy not much time for posting or visiting lately.
Not sure things will change much considering next is "inventory!!"
(I know you understand completely that nightmare. (I mean event)

I love that we have been friends here in blogland, and not on facebook.

Blessings

I began collecting Hallmark ornaments my first year in college 32 years ago. I don't add to them like I used to but I still love my tree and all the unique ornaments. Your tree is absolutely beautiful. I hope this new year is more gracious to you too. I hope you had a very merry Christmas too.

Hi Lynne! Your tree is stunning. What a wonderful collection of memories via the ornaments you purchased over the years. I love your use of a variety of garlands, too! You make my sad tree look so boring! :) At least I was able to get a few decorations on it...it was a crazy few days leading up to Christmas.

I also love your tablesetting on your previous post...that Santa is wonderful!!

Aren't you glad we escaped the blizzard we had last year? I'm sorry our east coast friends are getting hammered, however.

I am looking forward to this week to some calmness....and time to enjoy my Holiday Decor before I have to take it down!

Have a great day! L, Dana

Lynne, your tree is BEE-U-Ti-FUL!! And your photos are wonderful. I meant to get here before Christmas, but as you can see, that didn't happen. I wish you a belated Merry Christmas and a truly happy and blissful new year!
