Putting Fall In the Mix

With temperatures soaring I'm thinking of fall and the wonderful colors that greet us each day. With the year half over it's time to think about transforming our homes with those rich colors. Although a "bit" early for our homes, it isn't any too early for the shop to take on a transformation into fall. Last week I started popping some new great florals here and there. It's an easy and inexpensive way to change your home for the seasons.

A splash of color in a napkin, place mat or runner is also another way to add a touch of fall to any vignette.

Once I started with the florals, I couldn't seem to stop myself, and brought even more out. lol These pumpkins are a great item for fall, will work all the way through Thanksgiving.

I love the colors of fall and the feeling it evokes, I hope you enjoyed a "hint" of the fall that seems to be taking over the shop. (Wait till you see the "great" bittersweet sprays!) I'll be adding more this week for your viewing pleasure..stayed tuned more to come......
hugs ~lynne~
Thanks to each and everyone of you for your suggestions on the blogging problem. I opted to delete a few of the earlier posts and pictures instead of purchasing more space. You bloggers are just the best!

I could not work in a shop like yours, because I would want to take everything home with me. :-D
I started cleaning out some of my old posts, when I thought about having by blog printed - now I am not sure I want to. I would have to spend a lot of time correcting typing errors, etc. :D

Good Morning Lynne Sweetie...
Oh my goodness. What precious vignettes you have on display. I am so ready for Fall to be here. Although here in Phoenix sometimes our weather is still hot through Thanksgiving.

Love the pumpkins. Sunflowers are just the best, and can be used several seasons. I love their happy faces.

I would go broke working in your shop, but I sure had fun passing through today.

Thank you sweet friend. Country hugs...Sherry

I oh so love fall and just last night listening to the locust I could feel that autumn is just around the corner, of course I start celebrating it end of August if not sooner. I, like one of your other commentors don't know how I would handle having such a wonderful store as yours, I would be my best customer. It's great!

Lynne, the shop looks so pretty. You shop owners have to think so far ahead of the rest of us. I haven't begun to think of fall colors yet. This post sure has made me want to though. Beautiful. laurie

Lynne, It's just me again. I'm getting worried about this blogging situation. I have posted 246 times, and I've never received notice that I can't post any more photos. I didn't know that I would eventually have to either delete or purchase more space. I wonder if it makes any difference that I am now posting through Live Writer. Did the message tell you how many photos were allowed before you have to purchase more space? I may have to start deleting photos now! laurie
