A Garden of Cones

Hello one and all! I hope you're having the best weekend ever. Are you staying cool? Our temperatures this past week have been just the best ever. I don't believe I've heard a single complaint about heat or anything else. However, Mother Nature has a tendency to turn her moods on a dime, and they say we're suppose to heat up and have Summer like temperatures once again.

Each Saturday Beverly from How Sweet the Sound graciously hosts Pink Saturday. Thank you Beverly for putting on this event each week. Come on along, I'll show you my contribution to this weeks party. On the east side of the house is a small hill I had planted a few things in many years ago, Coneflowers were "not" one of them. Again, Mother Nature has a way of surprising us, each year this area is taken over more and more with the Coneflowers.
I can envision some yellow and white ones mixed with the beauty of the pink.

These beauties are also taking over the planter boxes down by the shop. They almost seem to be competing with the pampas grass in height. lol

From our home to yours Happy 4th of July. May you all be safe, have tons of fun, laugh and enjoy some beautiful fireworks displays.
As always, thank you for stopping by to say hello. Until next time...
hugs ~lynne~

Happy Pink Saturday Lynne Sweetie...
OMG what a delightful surprise to see the beautiful cone flowers. They look absolutely beautiful in the yard. Oh thank you for sharing these photos today. So beautiful.

I have always wanted some seeds to try and grow some of my own. These are just DDG. I wonder if they would grow out here in Phoenix. Would you be willing to share some seeds to give it a try. I would love it.

Have a wonderful pink Saturday and a safe 4th of July.

Country hugs sweetie...Sherry
