~~A Tisket~~ A Tasket~~ A Beautifully ~~Filled Basket~~

Happy Monday my friends. Another busy week looms ahead of us here in the Midwest. The temps have dropped and Fall is definitely in the air. I have to say this is one of my favorite times of the year, I love all the changes it brings. Everything outside turns the most luscious shades of burnt orange. With all the rains we've had this year it promises to be a beautiful Fall.

I'm sure you're wondering what this is all about. Isn't the gingham trim just the sweetest? Let's see if you can guess what this is all about "before" you get to the bottom of the post. No peeking !! Play along with me. :-)) Aren't the pumpkins adorable? And those curly q's falling off the leaves?
Possibly my handiwork? I only wish I had the time. :-( Another hint. Have you figured it out yet?
Had you guessed a basket? Good job!!
I found this basket a few weeks ago and felt it was perfect. Perfect for what you ask? Well, as you can see at the top of my blog we're on count down. Count down to the 1 Year Anniversary of when I started my blog. So, I thought it would be fun to fill it up with all kinds of goodies. By the time I'm finished it will be full to over flowing to the lucky winner. So, be sure to check back daily for updates and a few more hints.
hugs ~lynne~

Lynne, you are becoming a real mystery lady!! First, you have us guess what the darling basket is, and then you tell us we're going to have to wait to see what you fill it with! Aren't you just a smarty - you'll have us all coming back here to see what's in the basket every day! Fun idea! laurie

This is an intriguing give-away idea! How fun to do a countdown. Congrats on the anniversary. Fall is my favorite time of year too. I love the colors and the crispness in the air. My favorite is driving down the road with the windows open on a breezie day and listening to the leaves rustle on the ground as they blow around. There's a road by me where you can only go up to 25 MPH and it's perfect for this. I even love the crunching sound of walking on the leaves that have already fallen on the ground. Too bad fall goes so fast.
